Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival (KIMFF)

Project overview:

Samson has been an integral part of KIMFF since 2015. KIMFF is a week-long festival that celebrates mountains and culture. This long-term partnership has helped KIMFF to be more successful. 

Key contribution:

Filming & Event Coverage: Recorded the entire festival, including audience engagement, panel discussions, and filmmaker interviews.

Camera Sika Project (British Council): Documented students from monastic schools learning filmmaking, capturing their creative journey through interviews with them and their parents.

Film Festival Advertisements: Produced promotional content to highlight the festival’s significance.

Subtitling & Digitization: Provided multi-language subtitles for various films and digitized old film tapes for archival preservation.

Editing & Post-Production: Ensured high-quality visuals and storytelling for different projects.
